 Definition: 
\In"sti*tu`tor\, n. [L.: cf. F. instituteur.]
1. One who institutes, founds, ordains, or establishes.
2. One who educates; an instructor. [Obs.] --Walker.
3. (Episcopal Church) A presbyter appointed by the bishop to
   institute a rector or assistant minister over a parish
