singing birds, of the genus {Vireo}, as the solitary, or
blue-headed ({Vireo solitarius}); the brotherly-love ({V.
Philadelphicus}); the warbling greenlet ({V. gilvus}); the
yellow-throated greenlet ({V. flavifrons}) and others. See
