In her third `Regan Reilly` book, Carol Higgins Clark (Mary`s daughter) follows the private detective Regan as she meets up with art theft during her vacation in Aspen, Colorado. Everyone suspects the obvious target: Eben Bean, an ex-con, and the missing caretaker of the home from which the paintings have been taken. Unable to enjoy her time off, Regan attempts to clear Eben of the accusations and disclose the true thief.
