Henri Bourlon, a good producer in Puisseguin, made in 2000 a very rich wine that is 80-percent Merlot and 20-percent Cabernet Franc. The wine is very thick and needs a couple more years to reach its peak. An inexpensive St. Emilion is well worth keeping a few years.
