Zunis
The Zunis are one of the Pueblos tribes currently living in the American Southwest. The Zunis continue to live in the shadow of Corn Mountain, their ancestral home for the past five centuries. Today, the Zunis are undergoing a dramatic resurgance into American political and social life. This book does not treat the Zunis as a fossilized group that has not changed in the last fifty years, but describes how the modern Pueblos have used their proud past to adapt to the present.
