P.I. John Caine is recovering from bullet wounds in Hawaii when a young student approaches him for help. The student reports that she has found priceless Hawaiian artifacts, but her unscrupulous professor is planning on using the artifacts for personal profit. The convalescing Caine does his best to save the day.
