Pickle Puss
Friends Emily Arrow and Dawn Bosco get into an argument when both of them want to adopt the stray cat they`ve found. The two decide that whoever reads the most books before the month`s end gets to keep the cat. Determined to win the contest, Emily finds herself tempted to cheat. Occasional b&w; drawings accompany the text.
