In this novel set in England, a fourth-grader named Damian is suddenly wealthy when he finds an abandoned bag filled with money: 229,370 pounds. But Damian has a problem: It`s seventeen days before England changes their monetary system from the pound to the Euro; after that time, all pounds not spent or converted to Euros will become worthless. With the help of his older brother Anthony, Damian is determined to spend or convert all of the money--but with the thieves who originally stole the cash closing in on them, the brothers might end up cashing in more than just the pounds.
