Letter Perfect
In 2000, David Sacks wrote 26 columns for the Ottawa Citizen, each devoted to one letter of the alphabet. This is a collection of those columns. Sacks examines each letter closely, pondering each one`s history, revealing little-known facts, and pointing out some of the difficulties of the alphabet, including the anomalies of, for example, church choir and an ocean of sham champagne.
