City Boy
Jack pursues Chloe, a fellow student he meets in a college writing class, and they are married after graduation. Chloe becomes an executive in a bank, Jack hangs around the house trying to write. During his long, lonely days he meets the folks downstairs: a pot-smoking ne`er-do-well named Rich, and the women who crash at his place, including Ivory, with whom Jack finds himself getting sexually involved as his relationship with Chloe disintegrates. A Fourth of July party with a tragic ending opens Jack`s eyes to what he is becoming, where his marriage is going, and what he needs to do to get his life back on track.
