a Swedish botanist.] (Bot.)
Pertaining to, or resembling, a family of endogenous and
mostly epiphytic or saxicolous plants of which the genera
{Tillandsia} and {Billbergia} are examples. The pineapple,
though terrestrial, is also of this family.
