As a highly decorated CIA agent, Jennifer Johnson, finds herself falsely accused, by a government she has sworn to uphold. As rogue IRS agents attempt to throw her (Jennifer's) neighbors out of their houses, the agents make a horrendous mistake and the neighbors, as well as Jennifer's son, are killed.
