Stetson
This coming-of-age story set in a dreary small town chronicles the attempts of Stetson, the hardworking son of a jealous, alcoholic single father, to skip his last year in high school and get out of town. Fate has nothing kind in store for him as the man he works for takes ill, his mother dies, and Kayla, the 14-year-old sister he never knew, moves in after his mother dies. But the two instantly bond, and work together to save each other from their dolorous environment.
