 Definition: 
  1. An object-oriented concurrent constraint language from the University of Saarbrucken. Oz is based on constraint communication, a new form of asynchronous communication using logic variables. Partial information about the values of variables is imposed concurrently and incrementally. Supports higher order programming and object-orientation including multiple inheritance.

  2. An old Australian top-level domain and network which got incorporated into the current one. The former Australian domains .oz, .edu and .com are now .oz.au, .edu.au and .com.au.
