Following the Information Wars that left much of London seriously damaged, the government adopts a big brother style approach to public space, photographing almost everything. In this oppressive society, a woman is murdered live on the Internet and a discredited police officer, assigned to collect evidence at the scene, stumbles into a massive conspiracy.
