False Light
Peter Sheldon, blinded in a car accident in 1987, wrote this novel about a handsome young man who fled Nazi Germany for Australia, finally settled in Athens, and spent his life in the midst of various political and erotic tangles. When the novel was finished, Sheldon committed suicide.
